Before we start, a message to all those blue cheese lovers, this sauce is addictive! Your life will not be the same once you try it, and you'll be damn glad it isn't! You’ve been warned! In our quest to find the best burger while we were living in London we came across Meat Liquor. If you like American style burgers and all that goes with them, do yourself a favour and visit this restaurant! We have to admit, we got a little obsessed! They do awesome chili cheese fries, wings, burgers, etc. but when we tried their blue cheese sauce... Oh...my...god, its delicious! It is usually served with their buffalo wings, but we couldn't help but dip everything we ordered in it! Chili cheese fries, deep fried mac and cheese, even the burgers! We just couldn't help ourselves! Every mouthful gave us a hit of blue cheesy goodness that we just couldn’t resist. So you can imagine our excitement when we found out they actually released their own recipe book "The Meat Liquor Chronicles"! We ordered it straight away and as soon as we received the book in the mail we just couldn’t wait to try the blue cheese sauce…and it was AMAZING! After making it so many times we have tweaked it a bit to suit our tastes...more sour cream, more garlic (is there ever enough garlic? We don't think so) more onion powder and occasionally more blue cheese! We use soft Gorgonzola, it's so creamy and adds the perfect strength to give you that blue cheese hit! We've included our tweaks in the recipe; we hope you enjoy it as much as we do! Ultimate Blue Cheese Sauce
