Adam turns to Candice, "Did you just feel a chill in the air?" Candice with a shudder responds, "Yeah... really weird...." Adam smiles and laughs nervously. "It's probably nothing, let's just get back to thinking of our next recipe!" Candice nods.

No-Bake Cheesecake Balls

Main Ingredients 

220g of cream cheese
4 tbsp of butter
½ cup of crushed granita biscuits
4 cups of icing sugar
120g milk chocolate chips
120g dark chocolate chips
120g white chocolate chips

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix together the butter and the cream cheese. We used a kitchenaid for this recipe and made it a lot easier to mix the ingredients.
  2. Add the finely crushed granita biscuits to the bowl and continue mixing for 2 minutes until mixed well.
  3. Add the sugar and continue mixing until it is all completely mixed.
  4. Put the bowl into the fridge. This is very important as it allows the dough to chill. If the dough doesn’t cool down, then you won’t be able to form balls. You need to leave the dough in the fridge for at least 2-3 hours, but you can leave them over night for optimal results.
  5. Remove the bowl of dough from the fridge and create around 30 balls from this mixture, placing on a tray with baking paper.
  6. The reason you have three lots of chocolate is to create three different flavours of these cheesecake balls. Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave and then dip 1/3 of the balls into this mixture one at a time. Then allow them to rest on a tray with baking paper. Repeat this process for the white chocolate and the milk chocolate.
  7. Transfer the tray to the fridge and allow them to set. Be warned, these are highly addictive!
